From there, I'll create a personalized plan just for you. Your plan will be delivered as a detailed spreadsheet that includes:
A calendar showing exactly what workout to do on each day.
Different sheets separating each workout for easy navigation.
A list of all exercises with links to demonstrations.
The exact number of sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise.
An area for you to track your weights to ensure constant progression.
