From there, I'll create a personalized plan just for you. Your plan will be delivered as a detailed spreadsheet that includes:

  • A calendar showing exactly what workout to do on each day.

  • Different sheets separating each workout for easy navigation.

  • A list of all exercises with links to demonstrations.

  • The exact number of sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise.

  • An area for you to track your weights to ensure constant progression.
